Outlying started as a high school band in 2003, then fell apart a couple years after. They reformed in 2007 and released an EP called “Within The Jail of The Jail of The Unfortunate” in 2008. Despite countless line-up changes and a lack of funds to properly support the project, the band released its first album, “Scars Of Daylight” in 2012. Driven by Fred A. Dubeau’s work ethic, handling all production and management duties, Outlying is more active than ever and is now consistantly playing live to promote the album while working on new material.
